The ‘Interaction Variation Online’ project team includes:
- Academics who, for over 20 years, have been at the forefront of developing and examining corpora of spoken and multi-modal corpora and have published on inter-varietal differences between British and Irish spoken discourse, multi-modality, corpus construction, professional communication, and understanding people’s interactions with digital communicative technologies.
- Research assistants based at Cardiff and Limerick Universities
- Project consultants and academic advisors with expertise in corpus linguistics and multi-modal corpus pragmatics who are advising and supporting the project team
- Project stakeholder representatives and professional end-users who are co-developing the research, providing strategic assurance to the project and helping to maximise the relevance of the project activities and outputs
