Cefndir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Rydym yn fwy cysylltiedig nag erioed o'r blaen ond a ydym yn cyfathrebu'n effeithiol? Yng nghanol COVID-19 a'r 'colyn digidol' fel y'i gelwir, mae rhith-gyfathrebu ar-lein wedi dod yn ganolog i\u2019n bywydau beunyddiol, yn broffesiynol ac yn breifat. Wrth inni symud i gyd-destun \u00f4l-COVID, mae nodweddion y newid digidol hwn wedi dangos y gallwn weithredu\u2019n broffesiynol ar-lein ond bod angen gwell dealltwriaeth o\u2019r hyn sydd wedi dod, ac sy\u2019n debygol o barhau, yn ffordd newydd o gyfathrebu yn y gweithle. Mae'r pandemig presennol wedi gweithredu fel catalydd ar gyfer newid ac wedi effeithio ar ymddygiad cynhyrchwyr a defnyddwyr cynnwys rhyngweithiol digidol. Mae busnesau, er enghraifft, wedi newid eu rhyngweithio \u00e2 chwsmeriaid. Mae sefydliadau diwylliannol wedi manteisio ar wahanol ffyrdd o gyflwyno cynnwys yn ddigidol, ac yn aml cyd-gynhyrchir y cynnwys hwnnw gan eu cynulleidfaoedd. Mae addysg wedi gweld dulliau rhyngweithio ar-lein yn cael eu mabwysiadu ar raddfa fawr. Mae'r prosiect hwn yn tynnu ar arbenigedd ymchwilwyr blaenllaw yn y Deyrnas Unedig ac Iwerddon i gynnig y genhedlaeth nesaf o fframweithiau dadansoddol ar gyfer dadansoddi'r math newydd hwn o ddisgwrs, a bydd yn sicrhau bod y fframweithiau hyn ar gael i holl gymunedau ymchwil y celfyddydau a'r dyniaethau a chymunedau defnyddwyr terfynol, gan arwain at newid sylweddol yn ein gallu i ddatblygu mynediad cyfartal wrth gyfathrebu ar-lein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nodau<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nod cyntaf y prosiect hwn yw archwilio cyfathrebu rhithwir yn y gweithle i sicrhau dealltwriaeth ddofn o\u2019r rhwystrau posibl i gyfathrebu effeithiol. Rydym yn archwilio nid yn unig yr hyn sy'n peri i ddisgwrs rhithwir yn y gweithle lwyddo neu fethu, ond hefyd beth sy\u2019n caniat\u00e1u nodi newidynnau penodol sy'n gysylltiedig \u00e2 llwyddiannau a methiannau o'r fath. Mae'r astudiaeth hon yn aml-foddol, gan ei bod yn canolbwyntio ar yr hyn a ddywedir a hefyd ar sut y\u2019i dywedir (e.e. traw, goslef, mynegiant wyneb, ystum neu syllu cysylltiedig). Bydd canfyddiadau'r astudiaeth hon yn arwain at greu arteffactau cynyddu ymwybyddiaeth a deunyddiau hyfforddi a fydd yn cael eu dylunio ar y cyd, ar sail anghenion ein partneriaid yn y prosiect. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein hail nod yw galluogi ymchwil yn y dyfodol i\u2019r iaith lafar trwy ddatblygu protocolau technegol priodol ar gyfer dal a dadansoddi rhyngweithio yn aml-foddol (e.e. sut mae trawsgrifio ystum a'i alinio ag ymadrodd). Ein nod yw esblygu ffyrdd safonol o fynd i'r afael \u00e2 chwestiynau am ddefnyddio iaith sy'n hygyrch ac yn rhai y gellir eu cynhyrchu\/hatgynhyrchu gan ymchwilwyr eraill ac arbenigwyr annhechnegol yn y Dyniaethau, trwy gynhyrchu ased ar ffurf archif ar-lein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
